Student Web Developer

Position Description:

• Assist with migrating and formatting web pages, or building new sites, in Drupal content management system.
• Ensure that web pages meet accessibility standards.
• Implement department website update requests.
• Provide support for campus web editors.
• Format photographs for use on department websites.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be a current YSU student and in good academic standing.
• Experience with, or a strong interest in learning, a content management system solution (i.e., Drupal).
• Experience with, or working knowledge of, coding in HTML and CSS.
• Experience, or course work, involving web site development.
• Experience with customer service or tutoring.

Reports To:

• Website Manager/Portal Administrator

Hours Per Week:

• 15-25

Hourly Rate:

• $9.50
